蓝芩口服液治疗慢性咽炎急性发作临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical ef ect and safety of Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods In our hospital from 2013 06 to 2014 05 months of acute at ack of chronic pharyngitis patients with a total of 58 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 28 cases, the treatment group: the use of Lanqin oral solution, control group: oral Amoxicil in Capsules, changes are in the 1 weeks after treatment to observe the oropharyngeal symptoms and signs. Results The total ef ective rate of treatment group 93.3%; the ef ective rate of control group 85.7%. The total ef iciency of two groups had no significant dif erence, the ef iciency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group ( < 0.05). Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid has a good antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and enhanced immune ef ect, no significant side ef ects, suitable for use in clinical practice.%目的观察蓝芩口服液治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果和安全性。方法我院门诊自2013年06月~2014年05月慢性咽炎急性发作的患者共58例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例，治疗组院使用蓝芩口服液，对照组院口服阿莫西林胶囊，均于用药后1w观察其口咽部症状及体征的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%；对照组有效率85.7%。两组总有效率无显著性差异，治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(<0.05)。结论蓝芩口服液具有较好的抗菌、抗病毒、消炎、镇痛以及增强免疫的作用，无明显毒副作用，适合在临床上推广使用。
