中药涂擦配合微波照射治疗骨折术后肿胀的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the fracture after a week of use inunction and microwave irradiation treatment. Methods 100 patients within a week of patients in our hospital from 2012 January to October in hospital after fracture operation, were randomly divided into the control group were treated with mannitol, the treatment group with inunction combined with microwave therapy. Results The treatment group were higher than that in the control group treatment ef ect ( <0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with microwave irradiation has better effect in the treatment of fracture, postoperative swel ing of simple operation, low price, patients are willing to accept.%目的观察骨折术后1w内用中药涂擦加微波照射的治疗效果。方法我科自2012年1月~10月入院的骨折术后1w内的患者100例，随机分对照组用甘露醇治疗，治疗组用中药涂擦加微波治疗。结果治疗组比对照组的治疗效果明显(<0.05)。结论中药涂擦配合微波照射在治疗骨折术后肿胀中有较好的效果，操作简便，价格低廉，患者乐于接受。
