神经肌电图评价腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值

摘要

目的探讨神经肌点图诊断腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法对我院2013年4月~2014年4月收治的48例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行肌电图F波及H反射的检查,将患侧与健侧的检查见过进行对照。结果57块肌肉插入电位异常,都为肌静息时所见。25例患者胫神经未引出H反射,患侧潜伏期显著延长,33例患者胫神经最大H/M小于64%；21例患者F波潜伏时延长；患者患侧与健侧F波及H反射的比较差异显著(<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症的主要病因在于神经根部,神经肌电图可全面反映神经根的功能和状态,具有可靠的定位诊断价值。神经肌电图对腰椎间盘突出症的评价具有重要临床价值,值得临床进一步研究。%Objective To investigate the clinical value of nerve muscle point in diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 48 cases of lumbar in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 December were disc herniation were F and H reflex EMG examination, wil and the contralateral side of the check seen were. Results 57 muscle insertion potential anomalies, are seen by resting muscle. 25cases oftibial nerve were not elicited H reflection,ipsilateral latency increased, 33 cases oftibial nerve in patients with H/M less than 64%; 21 patients with F wave latencyprolonged; dif erences between the patients and the contralateral side of F wave and H reflex was significantly ( <0.05). Conclusion The main causes of lumbar disc herniation in nerve root, nerve EMG can reflect the nerve root function and state comprehensive, has the value of location diagnosis and reliable. It has an important clinical value evaluation of lumbar disc herniation electromyography, worthy of further clinical study.
