Objective To observe the ef icacy of narrow band ultraviolet B in the treatment of Vitiligo. Methods The study subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with Narrow band ultraviolet B, that the initial dose was 0.30 J/cm2,the each increment dose was 0.10J/cm2, the maximum dose was 1.50 J/cm2. Which were interval one day of each times, a total of 30 times, and fol owed up for 3 months. Which combined with compound glycyrrhizin oral (800mg, po, tid) and Methoxsalen solution(qd, ad.us.ext,12 weeks). And the control group were only treat with compound glycyrrhizin and Methoxsalen. The method and treatment were same to the treatment group. Results The distribution of clinical ef ect were dif erent in treatment of Vitiligo. There was a significant dif erence between the two groups ( <0.01).Conclusion It's ef ective of narrow band ultraviolet B combined with compound glycyrrhizin and Methoxsalen for Vitiligo, and it has low side ef ect.%目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将研究对象随机分为两组,治疗组,应用NB-UVB治疗仪照射,初始剂量0.30J/c㎡,每次递增0.10J/c㎡,最大剂量1.50J/c㎡,隔日1次,共30次,随访3个月。同时,口服复方甘草酸苷800mg,3次/d院甲氧沙林溶液,1次/d,外用,疗程为12w。对照组,仅服用复方甘草酸苷和外用甲氧沙林,用法及疗程同治疗组。结果两组疗法对白癜风的疗效分布不同,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(<0.01)。结论 NB-UVB联合复方甘草酸苷口服加外用甲氧沙林治疗白癜风疗效好,副作用少。
