Objective To meet the growing need of physical health, to improve the practical skil s and service quality, as wel as to explore new services models of physical examination and to promote its development. Methods To choose 200 cases of physical examination on December 2013 as the control group, and choose 200 cases of physical examination on January 2014 as experimental group. The quality of examination guide of two groups is evaluated. Results The experimental group in four indicator, as guide service, procedures, guiding sheet and medical identification, is statistical y significant ( <0.05), compared with the control group. Conclusion That examination guide in physical examination, can significantly improve the subject's satisfaction. It not only improves the service skills of physical examination, but also help to enhance the credibility of the hospital and the hospital's medical standards.%目的为适应人们日益增长的健康需求,提高实用技能,提升服务质量,探索健康体检医学服务新模式,推动健康体检又好又快向前发展。方法选取2013年12月来体检的受检人200例为对照组,2014年1月来体检的受检人200例为实验组。对两组受检者导检质量评价指标进行评分。结果实验组对导检服务、体检流程、引导单和体检标识四项指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论导检在体检过程中的应用,能明显提高受检者的满意度。它不仅提高了健康体检的服务技能,更有助于提升医院的医疗水平及医院的信誉度。
