单卵双胞胎兄弟额外牙1例

额外牙是指牙数目异常，其发生可能来自形成过多的牙蕾，也可能是牙胚分裂而成。临床上最多见的是上前牙区单颗多生牙。单卵双胞胎同患多生牙未见报道，同时含有2颗或多颗多生牙者更少见。近日笔者遇到一对双胞胎兄弟，因上前牙区多生牙影响美观前来就诊，由此正确的诊断及时拔除额外牙具有临床意义。%Supernumerary tooth is tooth abnormalities, which may be derived from the formation of excessive tooth bud, may also be split into tooth germ.
