212例精神科门诊用药咨询分析

摘要

Objective To carry out the psychiatric outpatient medication consultation to improve the efficacy of psychiatric patients, accelerate the cure rate, make it faster and bet er health again return to society. Methods In our hospital in 2012 January statistics and analysis of -10 on 212 cases of psychiatric outpatients complete drug consultation records, summary. Results Consulting the adverse drug reactions and the mat ers needing at ention and medication at the time were 32.1% and 24.5%. Conclusion The psychiatric outpatient medication advisory services improve curative effect, promote the rationality of drug use.%目的：开展精神科门诊用药咨询提高精神病患者的疗效，加快其治愈率，使其更快更好的重新健康回归社会。方法选取我院2012年1月~10月212例精神科门诊患者完整的用药咨询记录进行统计分析，总结。结果咨询药物的不良反应及注意事项和用药时间最多分别占32.1%和24.5%。结论开展精神科门诊用药咨询服务提高了疗效，促进了精神用药的合理性。
