Objective To explore the clinical Significance of Detection of Serum BNP·CNP and plasma Fbg·D-D levels after treatment in patients with COPD.Methods Serum BNP·CNP(with RIA) , plasma Fbg·D-D(with Biochemistry)levels after treatment in patients with COPD and 35 controls.Results Before treatment,serum BNP·CNP、Fbg·D-D levels where Significantly higher than those in Controls( <0.01),after treatment for 2 weeks,the serum BNP·CNP、Fbg·D-D levels where stil significant( <0.05),Serum BNP Levels where positively Correlated with serum CNP、Fbg·D-D levels(=0.5914,0.6018,0.4892. <0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum BNP·CNP and Plasma Fbg·D-D levels content after treatment might be of prognostic and observing importance in patients with COPD.%目的:探讨了COPD患者治疗前后血清BNP·CNP和血浆Fbg·D-D水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和生化法对36例COPD患者进行了治疗前后血清BNP·CNP和血浆Fbg·D-D水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 COPD患者在治疗前血清BNP·CNP和血浆Fbg·D-D水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(<0.01)经治疗2w后正常人比较仍有显著性差异(<0.05),血清BNP与CNP、Fbg·D-D水平呈正相关(r=0.5914,0.6018,0.4982<0.01)。结论检测COPD患者治疗前后血清BNP、CNP和血浆Fbg·D-D水平的变化对准确评估病情和预后具有重要的临床意义。
