门诊宫颈拭子HPV检测与早期宫颈癌防治关系研究

摘要

目的：研究我院妇科门诊拭子检测人乳头瘤病毒亚型感染的情况,探讨HPV DNA检测在防治早期宫颈癌中的意义。方法对587例妇科门诊患者进行HPV基因分型检测。结果587例患者中,HPV感染者156例,感染率为26.58%。患者中高危型HPV (52、16、33、18、58、39、51、59、35、56、68)112例,占感染总人次的71.79%；低危型HPV (6、11)35例,占感染总人次的22.44%；中国人群常见型HPV (53、66 cp8304)9例,占感染总人次的5.77%。多重感染患者5例,占HPV感染者的3.21%。结论利用宫颈拭子进行HPV-DNA检测HPV基因分型,有助于了解本地区HPV感染亚型的分布,有利于对HPV感染的诊断和宫颈癌的防治,可作为宫颈癌筛查的手段。%Objective To explore the value Cervical swab for HPV genotype testing in our hospital gynecology outpatient on cervical cancer prevention.Methods HPV genotype test was applied for detecting 587 patients from the gynecologic clinic.Results 156 cases were HPV-positive in the samples of 587 cases,the total positive rate was 26.58%. High-risk HPV (52,16,33,18,58,39,51,59,35,56,68) was 112 cases,accounting for 71.79% infections;Low-risk HPV (6,11) was 35 cases,accounting for 22.44% infections;Chinese population-based HPV (53, 66, cp8304) was 9 cases,accounting for 5.77%infections;multiple infections was 5 cases,accounting for 3.21%.Conclusion Cervical swab for HPV-DNA detection of HPV genotype typing,it can help to known the subtype distribution of HPV infection in local,HPV genotype can detect a variety of subtypes simultaneously,so it is beneficial for early warning and early treatment of cervical cancer.
