同期行冠脉搭桥术联合颈动脉内膜剥脱术的术后护理

摘要

For coronary heart disease in patients with carotid artery stenosis, undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and carotid endarterectomy (CEA) reduces the risk of patients with staging operation. Through the observation and nursing of 41 patients with concomitant CABG and CEA operation patients, that the prevention and nursing of brain complications, prevention of transplant coronary artery embolization is the key to postoperative nursing; should focus on the possible postoperative complications such as hypoxia, hemorrhage, acute renal failure and preventive care and care; for patients with diabetes, should strengthen the monitoring of blood glucose and diet guidance.%对于冠心病合并颈动脉狭窄的患者，同期行冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)和颈内动脉内膜剥脱术(CEA)可减少患者分期手术的风险。通过对41例同期行CABG加CEA手术术后患者的护理，认为预防和护理脑部并发症、预防移植的冠状动脉再栓塞是术后护理的关键；应针对术后可能出现的并发症如低氧血症、出血、急性肾功能衰竭等进行预防性护理和监护；对于术前合并糖尿病的患者，应加强血糖监测和饮食指导。
