目的：探讨经会阴超声测量宫颈长度及观察宫颈内口状态的准确性,评价经会阴超声在孕晚期宫颈检查中的应用价值。方法选择妊娠28~37 w无早产征象单胎的初产妇50例,分别经会阴超声与经阴道超声测量宫颈长度并观察宫颈内口状态,并作对照分析。结果50例孕妇中,宫颈长度均>3 cm。经会阴测量(3.33±0.21)cm与经阴道测量(3.29±0.18)cm差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种方法观察宫颈内口状态完全一致(值0.86,P>0.05)。结论经会阴超声能清晰显示孕晚期宫颈形态,准确测量宫颈长度,并且操作简便,无创伤,可重复,值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the accuracy of transperineal ultasonographic measurement of cervical length and cervical status.Methods Transperineal and transvaginal ultrasound were performed to examine cervical length and detect morphological change respectively in 50 cases of primipara carrying single birth between 28 and 37 weeks of gestation without signs of preterm labor.Results Cervical length of al cases was greater than 3cm. There was no statistical significance (P>0.05) between transperineal (3.33±0.21)cm and transvaginal (3.29±0.18)cm measurement. As to cervix state,the results from two methods were almost the same (K=0.86,P>0.05). Conclusion Transperineal sonographic measurement of cervical length is highly accurate,simple,non-invasive,and repeatable.Therefore the method could be widely applied.
