自拟生板汤治疗原发性血小板减少症89例的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Sheng plate Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods 89 cases from 2007 to 2013 in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients, using self-made plate decoction. Results 89 cases, 68 cases were basically cured, accounting for 76.4%, ef ective in 9 cases, accounting for 10.1%, invalid 12 cases, accounting for 13.5%. Conclusion The self-made plate Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenia is a low side ef ects, treatment ef icacy, compensate corticosteroid treatment of this disease is currently lacking.%目的：自拟生板汤治疗原发性血小板减少症的临床疗效观察。方法选择2007年~2013年门诊的89例特发性血小板减少性紫癜病例，运用自拟生板汤治疗。结果89例患者中，基本治愈68例，占76.4%，有效9例，占10.1%，无效12例，占13.5%。结论自拟生板汤治疗原发性血小板减少症是一种副作用低，疗效确切的治疗方法，弥补当前皮质激素类西药治疗本病的缺欠。
