彩色多普勒超声在结节性甲状腺肿诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of nodular goiter and validity of comparative analysis, discusses the value of its clinical application. Methods During the period from 2009 January to 2011 December, the diagnosis and treatment of 88 cases of nodular goiter patients, were performed by color Doppler ultrasonography, and the pathological biopsy. Retrospective analysis of sonographic and color Doppler findings, and the results were compared with clinical and pathological findings. Results 85 cases of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of nodular goiter, 78 cases were confirmed by clinical and pathology, diagnosis coincidence rate was 91.76% (78 / 85).Conclusion Nodular goiter, color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis rate is relatively high, and the operation is simple, safe and reliable, able to provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis, is worth the clinical promotion.%目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对结节性甲状腺肿诊断的准确性和有效性进行对比分析，讨论其临床应用中价值。方法2009年1月~2011年12月，经我院诊治的88例结节性甲状腺肿患者，均进行了彩色多普勒超声检查，并进行了病理活检。回顾性分析超声声像图及彩色多普勒表现，并与临床及病理结果进行比较分析。结果彩超诊断结节性甲状腺肿85例，临床及病理证实78例，诊断符合率91.76豫(78/85)。结论结节性甲状腺肿，彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断率相对较高，并且操作简便、安全可靠，能够为临床诊断提供客观依据，值得临床推广。
