保留腮腺主导管的浅叶部分切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤24例临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of superficial lobe resection preserving the main parotid gland for parotid gland tumor.Methods 48 cases of parotid gland tumor in our hospital were randomly divided into superficial lobe resection preserving the main parotid gland treatment group (observation group)and traditional shal ow leaf resection treatment group (control group),24 cases in each group,observed the clinical ef ect of two groups.Results The length of incision and wound healing rate of observation group was better than control group,there was significant dif erence between two groups( <0.05),no significant dif erence of postoperative recurrence rate between two groups( >0.05).The complications rate of cases in observation group was 12.5%,lower than that in control group (37.5%),there was significant difference between two groups ( <0.05).Conclusion Taking superficial lobe resection preserving the main parotid gland for parotid gland tumor is safe and feasible,it is an ideal operation mode, worthy of further clinical application.%目的探讨保留腮腺主导管的浅叶部分切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤的可行性及安全性。方法按照手术方式不同将我院48例腮腺肿瘤患者随机分为保留腮腺主导管浅叶部分切除术治疗组(观察组)和传统浅叶全切术治疗组(对照组)，每组各24例，随访观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的切口长度及切口I期愈合率均优于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义(<0.05)，两组患者在术后复发率方面的差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为12.5%，低于对照组患者的37.5%，组间差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论保留腮腺主导管浅叶部分切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤是安全可行的，是一种理想的手术方式，值得临床进一步推广应用。
