护理干预对减少氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位症的不良反应的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on reducing adverse reactions after the ectopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus with the argon plasma coagulation. Methods 167 in-patients with he ectopic gastric mucosa with the argon plasma coagulation were selected randomly divided into intervention group and control group,patients in intervention group were given nursing intervention before, during and after the operation,patients in control group were given general life care. Results The adverse reactions of in the intervention group were obviously fewer than that of in the control group. There was significant dif erence between the two groups (P <0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention can ef ectively reduce the adverse reactions caused by treating the ectopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus with the argon plasma coagulation.%目的探讨护理干预对减少氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位术后不良反应的影响。方法将167例行氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组在术前、术中、术后给予护理干预，对照组采取常规护理。结果实验组术后不良反应明显低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论护理干预对减少氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位的术后不良反应具有积极的、有效的作用。
