目的通过对公务员入职体检心电图研究,了解异常心电图成因及入职者身体状况,为公务员入职把关。方法采用常规心电图检测方法,对异常者根据需要加做心脏超声检查或心得安试验来鉴别是功能性心脏病还是器质性心脏病,对检测结果结合实际情况加以分析。结果1200例受检者中心电图异常率15.3%,多数属于生理性异常,经过全面分析排除心脏器质性病变。仅有1例患先天性心脏病,体检不合格。结论医务人员对心电图体检结果要结合临床表现,综合分析、判断,掌握心电图体检合格的标准,谨慎结论。%Objective To through the study of civil servants in a medical ecg and abnormal ecg causes and to understand the entrants health, for civil servants in control. Methods The conventional electrocardiogram detection methods, the abnormal according to the need to add do heart ultrasound or propranolol test is to identify the functional or organic heart disease, heart disease combined with actual situation analysis for test result. Results 1200 cases of subjects ecg abnormal rate was 15.3%. the most physiological abnormalities, eliminate organic heart disease after comprehensive analysis, Only 1 case of congenital heart disease, check-up unqualified. Conclusion medical personnel to the result of the ecg examination combined with clinical manifestations, comprehensive analysis, judgement, master ecg examination qualified standard, cautious conclusion.
