新型乳腺托架在乳腺癌放射治疗中的应用

摘要

目的介绍新型乳腺托架在乳腺癌放射治疗中的应用。方法分析12例采用新型托架患者在治疗前段、中段、后端在HT、LR方向上的摆位误差。结果体态偏胖的患者较偏瘦的患者摆位误差大，但都不超过6mm。结论新型乳腺托架可以很好的满足临床治疗的需求。%Objective To introduce the application of a new style breast bracket in breast cancer radiotherapy. Methods To analyze the deviations in HT and LR direction during the early, middle and late stage of radiotherapy. Results Fat er patients get larger deviations than thinner; al deviations don't exceed more than 6mm. Conclusion The application of the new style of beast bracket can satisfy the clinical needs perfectly.
