卵磷脂络合碘治疗白内障术后皮质残留的疗效观察

摘要

目的验证卵磷脂络合碘治疗白内障术后皮质残留的临床效果。方法选择白内障术后皮质残留患者60例,分为碘剂组和对照组两组,给予碘剂组卵磷脂络合碘片剂治疗,6mg/d,分3次口服,分别于1w,2w,4w,8w后复诊,对照组给予口服明目地黄丸,2次/d,1丸/次,并观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果碘剂组治疗8w后患者视功能显著提高23例(76.7%),对照组为11例(36.7%)。结论卵磷脂络合碘使用方便,易于携带,患者容易接受,且依从性好,是一种促进白内障术后皮质残留吸收的有效口服类药物。%Objective To validate the clinical ef icacy of Lincorce-lecithin Bound lodine(LBI) for cortex remained after operation of cataract. Methods Sixty eyes of 60 patients were enrolled and to devided into two groups :treated group and control group . Give LBI tablet 6mg for three times each day to the treated group . Each case was fol owed up on a schedule of the 1st week , 2st week ,4st week ,8st week . Results The rate of remarkable ef ect of the treated patients are 23 cases (76.7%), the control group are 11 cases (36.7%). Conclusion Lincorce-lecithin Bound lodine (LBI) is an ef ective medinecine to promote the absorption of cortex remained after operation of cataract. it is convenient to use ,easily to carry, good compility and easily accepted by every one.
