52例复方肾炎片与贝那普利联合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

摘要

目的探究复方肾炎片联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选取52例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象，并随机分为观察组和对照组。给予观察组复方肾炎片联合贝那普利治疗，对照组单纯使用贝那普利治疗，分析比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为88.4%，对照组为65.4%，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，且P<0.05；治疗后，两组的24h的血压、尿蛋白定量、血肌酐等有显著变化，与治疗前相比，P<0.05；且观察组的24h的血压明显低于对照组，P<0.05；但比较两组的尿蛋白定量、血肌酐指标无明显差异，P>0.05；两组的不良反应情况无明显差异，P>0.05。结论复方肾炎片联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切，且安全可靠，值得推广。%Objective To explore the compound nephritis piece of joint Mr The clinical ef ect of captopril in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Selecting 52 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.To observe group compound nephritis joint shel that captopril treatment,control group simply use that captopril treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative ef ect.
