慢性心力衰竭患者利尿剂治疗方法的现状

摘要

Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome that can result from any structure or functional cardiac disorder that impairs the ability of the ventricle to fil with or eject blood,and is the final destination of most cardiovascular disease.In both the United State and Europe,90% of hospitalizations for heart failure are due to symptoms of fluid overload,and approximately 40% of hospitalized heart failure patients are discharged with unresolved congestion.Fuild overload is associated with the deterioration of heart failure and high mortality,so,control the fuild overload is the cornerstone of the heart failure treatment,diuretic is the only drug which can ful y control the symptom of congestion for heart failure patients.But now diuretic methods varied,and diuretic ef ects mixed reviews.This article wil focus on the diuretic methods of the heart failure patients.%心力衰竭是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心室充盈和(或)射血能力受损而引起的临床综合征，是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿。在美国和欧洲，约有90%[1-2]的心衰患者由于存在水钠潴留现象而住院，将近40%[3]的心衰患者由于水钠潴留未得到控制而再次住院。水钠潴留与心衰的恶化及高死亡率有关[4]，因此控制水钠潴留是治疗心衰的基石，而利尿剂是目前惟一可以充分控制心衰患者体内水钠潴留的药物[5]，但现今利尿方法多种多样，利尿效果褒贬不一。现就慢性心力衰竭患者利尿剂治疗方法的现状作一综述。
