在数字化医院建设的过程中，针对目前难以对医院服务水平进行客观、综合评价的现状，试图探讨一种适用于数字化医院服务水平的评价理论，从医院基础建设、经济效益、工作质量、用户评价这4个方面的多项指标中，运用Saaty的层次分析法构建数字化医院服务水平评价模型，从而分析研究数字化医院建设对医院服务水平的影响程度，深入发现问题，弥补不足，促进医院的均衡发展。%We wil explore an assessment model of hospital public service capacity in terms of infrastructure construction, economic benefit, work quality and users' comments, which is based on information construction. The model wil analyze the influence of information construction on hospital public service so as to discover problems and make up for the deficiency by establishing multi-level analytic structure through Satty analytic hierarchy process and sequencing the three periods of information construction with RSR method. As a result, the public service wil be improved, fine foundation wil be laid for the bet er promotion of applied information system and the overall development of hospital wil be strengthened.
