目的探讨中医药治疗血管神经性头痛的方法及疗效。方法将116例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组治疗；治疗组67例，采用中药汤剂内服治疗；对照组49例，采用单纯口服西药治疗。治疗1个月后进行疗效观察。结果治疗组治愈53例，好转12例，无效2例，总有效率97%；对照组治愈21例，好转9例，无效18例，总有效率61.2%。两组之间有显著性差异（约0.01）。结论中药治疗血管神经性头痛疗效显著。%Objective To explore the method and ef ect of Chinese medicine treatment of vascular nerve headache. Methods 116 cases of vascular headache were randomly divided into treatment group and control group; treatment group 67 cases, using traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment; control group of 49 cases, treated by oral administration of medicine. Curative ef ect observation of treatment after a month. Results The treatment group 53 cases were cured, 12 cases improved, 2 cases inef ective, the total ef iciency of 97%; control group 21 cases were cured, 9 cases improved, 18 cases inef ective, the total ef iciency of 61.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( <0.01). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of angioneurotic headache.
