中医药结合治疗慢性便秘临床观察

摘要

目的为探讨中医药结合治疗慢性便秘临床观察。方法选择我科于2009~2012年运用中医药结合治疗慢性便秘138例患者资料进行分析。结果结果显示，总有效院136例、有效率98.8%。结论中医药结合治疗慢性便秘，能润肠通便，推进胃肠功能，加快肠蠕动，促进大便的排除。对治疗慢性便秘有显著效果，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the combination of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic constipation clinical observation.Methods Division I in 2009-2012 using a combination of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic constipation, 138 patients were analyzed.Results The results showed that the total ef ective: 136 cases, the ef iciency of 98.8%. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic constipation; able laxative, promote gastrointestinal function, accelerate peristalsis, promote exclusion stool.For the treatment of chronic constipation have a significant ef ect, worthy of promotion.
