目的调查分析武警某部新兵干眼症状发生率及其与准分子激光手术的关系。方法对2013年武警某部新兵进行问卷调查，问卷内容包括13项干眼症状及是否做过准分子激光手术。将问卷按照是否做过准分子激光手术分为两组做对比分析。结果准分子激光术后组干眼症状发生率和症状强度均明显高于未手术组。"干涩"和"异物感"这两项症状在准分子激光术后组中的发生率明显高于未手术组。准分子激光术后组中，术后总体症状发生率与术后时间长短无关，但"干涩"症状从术后6月开始减轻。结论准分子激光手术是引起干眼症的一个相关因素。%Objective To learn the incidence of dry eye symptoms in recruits of CAPF, and to investigate the relationship between the incidence and LASIK.Methods Recruits of CAPF Year 2013 were interviewed with a questionnaire concerning 13 dry eye symptoms and LASIK information. The questionnaires were divided into 2 groups according to LASIK. Results The incidence and the intensity of dry eye symptoms after LASIK are much higher than that in normal people. The incidence of dryness and foreign body sensation after LASIK is much higher than that in normal people. The dryness symptom began to reduce 6 months after LASIK. Conclusion LASIK is a related factor of dry eye.
