儿科护理中细节管理的应用

摘要

Objective:In the process of pediatric nursing,get the ef ect after application of detail management. Method;200 patients in our hospital from 2011 October to 2013 October were analyzed by random number table method al the patients were divided into A1 group (observation group)and group A2 (control group),thegroup A2 patients mainly routine nursing care,group A1 patients care+details management,complete nursing observation the resultswere obtained. Result: In two aspects of nursing satisfaction and quality of care,the A1 group outperformed the A2 group obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion:With the development of the details of management in the process of the implementation of pediatric nursing,wil ef ectively improve nursing satisfaction of patients,improve the clinical ef ect of pediatric nursing.%目的：探讨在进行儿科护理过程中，应用细节管理后获得的效果。方法选取我院血液肿瘤科2011年10月~2013年10月收治的患儿200例，通过随机数表法将所有患儿分成A1组（观察组）与A2组（对照组），针对A2组患儿主要实施常规护理，A1组患儿主要实施常规护理+细节管理，观察完成护理后分别获得的效果。结果在护理满意度以及护理质量两方面，A1组表现优于A2组非常明显(P<0.05)。结论在实施儿科护理过程中配合开展细节管理，有效提高患者的护理满意度，提高完成儿科护理后获得的临床效果.
