年龄相关性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中骨连蛋白分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations of LECs SPARC in age-related cataract lens, expression of SPARC in dif erent age cataract lens of contrast. Methods: 108 cases of cataract patients by age group, the content of SPARC was detected by routine cataract LECs blot, and comparative study. Results: a group of cataract patients were older, its LECs increased SPARC expression, and the expression of SPARC along with the age growth, expression of more strong. Conclusion:SPARC may play a certain role in the pathogenesis of cataract in human body, and SPARC in patients with age related cataract patients lens in LECs.%目的：探讨LECs中SPARC于年龄相关性白内障晶状体中的临床表现，对比不同年龄白内障晶状体中SPARC的表达。方法将108例白内障患者按照年龄分组，利用常规蛋白印迹法检测各组白内障LECs中SPARC含量，并对比研究。结果白内障患者年龄大的一组，其LECs中的SPARC表达增加，并且SPARC的表达随着年龄的增长，表达愈来愈强烈。结论 SPARC在人体白内障的发病过程中可能起到一定的作用，并且白内障患者的晶状体LECs中SPARC与患者的年龄相关。
