在现代化医院的手术室护理工作中，存在着多种职业危险因素，手术室护士从事的是一种高风险职业。目前多数医院加强了医院感染的管理、监测及防控措施，主要用来保护患者，以防止其发生医院感染。而对于经常接触患者及其污染物的护理工作人员的职业暴露问题未予以足够的重视，手术室护士在为患者实施护理活动的过程中，其活动的空间、地点周围存在着物理、化学、生物、心理及社会因素的影响，笔者在手术室工作25年，从事手术室护士长管理工作6年，总结了手术室日常工作中的职业危害因素及采取的相应防护措施，以降低职业危害因素对护理人员所造成的不良影响。%in modern hospital operation room nursing work, there is a variety of risk factors in operation room nurse occupation, is engaged in a high risk occupation.
