Objective To investigate the causes of tension-free hernia repair recurrence and relapse reduction measures. Methods using tension-free hernia patch repair analysis recurrence reasons. Results recurrence after hernia repair with mesh plug slippage, patch shift, curl, surgical approach, patch quality and other factors related. Conclusions strengthen surgical skil s training, to understand the characteristics of the repair material can reduce recurrence.%目的：探讨无张力疝修补术后复发的原因及降低复发的措施。方法对采用补片进行无张力疝修补术后复发原因的分析。结果无张力疝修补术后复发与网塞滑脱，补片移位，卷曲，手术方式，补片的质量等多方面因素有关。结论加强手术技巧培训，了解修补材料的特性是可减少术后复发。
