目的：探讨先天性心脏病合并肺炎的治疗及转归。方法搜集2012年4~12月我科收治的先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿35例，对其治疗及转归等进行分析。结果痊愈26例，未愈6例（其中3例病情反复迁延不愈），放弃2例，死亡1例。结论先天性心脏病患儿的临床症状、体征与感染程度不一致，易心衰、易反复并难以控制，内科保守治疗效果不佳时尽早手术以降低病死率。%Objective: To investigate the outcome of congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia treatment. Methods: from 2012 4 to 2012 December 35 cases were admit ed to our hospital with pneumonia in children with congenital heart disease, its treatment and prognosis analysis. Results: 26 cases were cured, 6 cases were healed (3 cases repeated il ness defer does not heal), give up 2 cases, 1 cases of death. Conclusions:children with congenital heart disease clinical symptoms, signs and the infection was not consistent, it is easy to failure, easy to repeated and dif icult to control. Department of internal medicine, conservative treatment ef ect is poor operation as soon as possible to reduce the death rate.
