益肾安喘汤治疗支气管哮喘95例临床疗效观察报告

摘要

Objective: To observe the curative ef ect of Yishenanchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: in our department from 2009 January ~2012 year in January 95 cases of patients with bronchial asthma diagnosis, using self Yishenanchuan Decoction oral treatment period, take 1 agent /d bronchial asthma;remission after serving 1 agent /2d. Asthma 15 days are 1 period of treatment, the remission of asthma and then served 15 days treatment for the consolidation of 1. Results:51 cases were cured, 31 cases improved, 13 cases inef ective, the total ef ective rate was 86.3%. Conclusion:treatment should be the combination of disease and syndrome dif erentiation, both yin and Yang, warming the kidney and don't forget the lungs, the consideration of temporary. The ef ect of Yishenanchuan Decoction in treating bronchial asthma shown significantly.%目的：观察中药益肾安喘汤治疗支气管哮喘临床的疗效。方法选择我科2009年1月~2012年1月符合支气管哮喘诊断的95例患者，采用自拟方益肾安喘汤加减口服治疗，支气管哮喘发作期服1剂/d；缓解后服1剂/2d。哮喘发作期15d为1疗程，哮喘缓解期再服15d为1个巩固疗程。结果临床治愈51例，好转31例，未愈13例，总有效率为86.3%。结论治疗上必须辨病与辨证相结合，阴阳兼顾，温肾不忘补肺，固本兼顾治标。中药益肾安喘汤治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著。
