基于HIS数据库平台的医院输液卡打印的设计及应用

摘要

作为医疗文书之一，输液卡是医生、药师、护士和患者相互之间传递用药信息的载体。在传统工作中，护士经常用手工方法从医嘱单上转抄输液医嘱，制作出输液卡，长期以来，工作中存在护士抄写时间长、书写字迹不清楚、查对不便辨认、容易出错等问题，严重影响医院日常工作。为此，我院依托 HIS数据库平台开发了输液卡的打印软件，经实践运用以后方法简单、易行、适用，有效的提高了护理工作效率。%AS one of the medical instrument,the transfusion card is the carrier of drug information between doctors, pharmacists, nurses and patients in practical application. In our traditional working,nurse often make infusion card from the order extension infusion orders through hand writing but the nurse copying handwriting is not clear, check the inconvenience identification,error prone problems, seriously af ecting the hospital daily work. Therefore our hospital uses method of printing which based on HIS database platform,the method is simple,feasible,applicable by practical application. It ef ectively improve the ef iciency of nursing work.
