骨科膝关节损伤诊断的临床探讨

             

摘要

目的:探讨MRI在骨科膝关节损伤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院骨科在2012年7月~2013年7月收治的60例膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,术前应用MRI技术进行检查诊断,通过与膝关节镜诊断结果比较,评估MRI诊断膝关节损伤的特异度、灵敏度。结果经MRI检查,46例诊断为半月板损伤,经关节镜检查,44例诊断为半月板损伤,MRI的诊断灵敏度为95.7%,在MRI诊断为阴性的患者中,经关节镜诊断出4例为阳性,特异度为71.4%;经 MRI检查,27例诊断为交叉韧带损伤,经关节镜检查,23例诊断为交叉韧带损伤,MRI的诊断灵敏度为85.2%,在MRI诊断为阴性的患者中,经关节镜诊断出3例为阳性,特异度为81.1%。结论在骨科膝关节损伤的临床诊断中,MRI技术的诊断正确率较高,是较为理想的诊断方法,值得在临床上推广应用。%Objective Evaluate MRI diagnosis of knee injuries in orthopedic clinical value. Method Select orthopedic hospital in July 2012-July 2013 treated 60 patients with knee injury patients as research subjects, preoperative diagnosis by MRI technology, through comparison with the results of arthroscopic knee diagnosis, evaluation MRI diagnosis of knee injuries specificity, sensitivity. Results By MRI, 46 cases diagnosed as meniscal tear by arthroscopy, 44 cases diagnosed as meniscus, MRI diagnostic sensitivity was 95.7%, in the MRI-negative patients diagnosed by arthroscopy was diagnosed four cases positive, the specificity was 71.4%; by MRI in 27 patients diagnosed with cruciate ligament injury by arthroscopy, 23 cases diagnosed with cruciate ligament injuries, MRI diagnostic sensitivity was 85.2%, in the MRI diagnosis was negative patients, arthroscopic diagnosis of three cases were positive, the specificity was 81.1%. Conclusion Orthopedic knee injury in clinical diagnosis, MRI technology diagnostic accuracy rate is higher, is an ideal diagnostic method, worthy of clinical application.
