硬膜外滴注结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic ef ect of epidural infusion with vertebra traction for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse without nerve root palsy disorder. Methods Total y 72 patients were selected and divided into therapy and control group randomly. The therapy group was treated by epidural infusion combined with vertebra traction,while the control group was treated by vertebra only. Results The fineness rate of therapy and control groups were 88.9% and 61.1%,respectively,with significant dif erence (p<0.05). The VAS of the therapy group was bet er than the control group after treatment(p<0.05). Moreover,there was shorter duration of treatment in therapy group (p<0.05). Conclusion The treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse by epidural infusion with vertebra traction has the advantage of less pain,more ef ective and acceptable,and shorter treatment duration.It may have further clinical application.%目的：观察硬膜外滴注药物结合牵引的方法治疗无神经根麻痹障碍的腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将72例无神经根麻痹障碍的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。治疗组36例采用硬膜外滴注药物结合腰椎牵引的方法治疗，对照组36例仅采用腰椎牵引的方法治疗。结果治疗组和对照组优良率分别为88.9%和61.1%，有显著性差别（P＜0.05）。治疗后VAS值治疗组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。疗效达优的患者所需治疗时间治疗组短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论硬膜外滴注药物结合牵引的方法治疗无神经根麻痹障碍的腰椎间盘突出症具有疼痛少、患者易接受、疗程短、见效快等优点，值得临床推广。
