妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的早期治疗对妊娠结局的影响

摘要

目的分析妊娠期间针对患有合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的产妇行早期治疗后对其妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2013年12月~2014年12月收治的120例产妇作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组行左甲状腺素钠进行早期治疗，对照组未进行药物干预治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组产妇的产后不良结局以及剖宫产几率明显优于对照组(<0.05)。结论产妇在妊娠期间患有妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症对产妇分娩可形成不良结局，进行早期治疗可有效避免不良结局的产生。%Objective To analysis of pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism were treated with early treatment on the pregnancy outcome.Methods 120 cases of maternal in our hospital from 2013 December ~2014 year in December were treated as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group received levothyroxine sodium treatment, the control group without drug treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic ef ect.Results The observation group of postpartum maternal adverse outcomes and cesarean section rate was significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The mothers during pregnancy with pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism on delivery outcomes can be formed, early treatment can ef ectively avoid the occur ence of adverse outcomes.
