老年患者压疮发生的原因及预防措施

摘要

Objective To study the elderly patients with pressure ulcers in the cause and the nursing prevention measures. Methods Choose 155 cases of elderly patients were studied. Results 7 cases of patients with pressure ulcers, rate of only 4.5%. After our hospital adopt cor esponding treatments, have been successful y cured. Conclusion The elderly patients with cor esponding nursing measures can ef ectively prevent the incidence of pressure ulcers, beneficial to patient health.%目的探讨老年患者压疮发生的原因及实施护理预防措施。方法选择155例老年患者进行研究。结果7例患者发生压疮，发生率仅4.5%。我院采取相应治疗方案后，已成功治愈。结论通过对老年患者采取针对性的护理措施能够有效预防压疮的发生率，有利于患者身体健康。
