Objective To investigate the perineal low traumatic natural childbirth and perineal laceration ef ect. Methods In our hospital is no absolute pointer by vaginal delivery in 40 cases, age 18 to 36 years of age, gestational age of 37~41 weeks, change delivery techniques, implemented without lateral perineal trauma from low vaginal delivery. Results 0 of 18 cases of laceration of perineum laceration of perineum; first degree in 21 cases; 1 cases of II degree perineal laceration. Satisfaction of the mothers and their families 98%. Reduced maternal injury, reduce side wound bleeding;suture is relatively reduced, reduced maternal body absorption;occur ence can reduce perineal edema. More conducive to maternal health recovery and future quality of life insurance. Conclusion The production operation can reduce perineal laceration, might even make perineal laceration of free, to reduce the episiotomy rate, but also greatly promote the natural delivery success rate. The production technology, reduces the labor injury, make midwifery in noninvasive delivery times. Can protect the midwives from damage and low damage delivery method, avoid lumbar muscle strain.%目的探讨会阴低创伤性自然分娩法与会阴裂伤的效果。方法将我院无绝对指针可经阴道分娩的产妇40例，年龄为18~36岁，孕周为37~41w，改变接生手法，实行无侧切会阴低创伤自阴道分娩。结果会阴裂伤0度18例：会阴裂伤玉度21例：会阴裂伤域度1例。产妇和家属满意度98%。减少了产妇的损伤，减少侧切伤口出血：缝合线相对减少，减少了产妇异物吸收：可以降低会阴水肿的发生。更有利于产妇健康的恢复及将来生活质量的保障。结论这种接产术可以减少会阴撕裂伤，甚至有可能让会阴无裂伤，有利于减少会阴切开率，也大大促进了自然分娩的成功率。这一接产技术的推广，减少了分娩中的损伤，使助产技术进入了无创接产时代。同时低损伤接生法可保护接生人员免受伤害，避免腰肌劳损。更有利于产妇健康的恢复及将来生活质量的保障。
