SurePath与Cytospin两种液基细胞学制片技术的比较研究

摘要

Objective Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of SurePath and Cytospin two kinds of liquid-based cytology production technology.Methods 2013 August to 2014 July were col ected 6970 specimens of cervical liquid-based cytology in the MCH Hospital of Pengzhou, of which 2750cases were treated with producer Cytospin, and 4220 cases were treated with SurePath production, two groups of specimens are used for interpretation of TBS-2001 standards for quality evaluation and classification of the report,and the results were statistical y analyzed.Results Compared with Cytospin, the specimens unsatisfactory rate of SurePath is reduced by 86.16%,the detection rate of ASC-US+increased by 124.20%,the detection rate of LSIL+increased by 188.59%,the detection rate of HSIL+ increased by 209.54%,The dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion Compared with Cytospin, SurePath in a number of technical performance showed obvious advantage, Provides a bet er production scheme for cytology laboratory.%目的比较SurePath和Cytospin两种液基细胞学制片技术的优缺点。方法收集了2013年8月~2014年7月在彭州市妇幼保健院进行宫颈液基细胞学检测的6970例标本，其中2750例采用Cytospin制片，4220例采用SurePath制片，两组标本均采用TBS-2001判读标准进行质量评估和分类报告，并对报告结果进行统计学分析。结果与Cytospin比较，SurePath的标本不满意率降低了86.16%，ASC-US+检出率提高了124.20%，LSIL+检出率提高了188.59%，HSIL+检出率提高了209.54%，差异有统计学意义。结论与Cytospin比较，SurePath在多项技术性能中均表现出了明显的优势，为细胞学实验室提供了一套更好的制片方案。
