目的：中药贴药局部起泡、奇痒、破溃，个别患者引起全身感染症状，美宝烧伤膏在治疗预防中药外贴副反应的应用。方法未使用用美宝烧伤膏20例，起泡后使用美宝烧伤膏10例，停药后立即使用美宝烧伤膏20例药效进行观察研究。结果未使用美宝烧伤膏起泡率95%，干燥结痂平均时间9 d，严重病历发率10%；起泡后使用美宝烧伤膏起泡率90%，干燥结痂平均时间7.5 d，严重病历发率0；停药后立即使用美宝烧伤膏起泡率80%，干燥结痂平均时间6 d，严重病历发率0。结论及早使用，停止贴药后立即使用美宝烧伤膏，使用时间越早效果越好。%Objective Herbal medicine local foaming, itching, ulceration, individual patients cause systemic symptoms of infection,The application of MEBO in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine paste side reaction prevention abroad.
