目的：探讨血小板直方图在血小板计数中的应用价值。方法对173例同时用电阻抗法和光学法检测血小板的患者结果进行相关性分析；血小板直方图正常与异常两例患者比较分析。结果血小板直方图正常时，电阻抗法血小板计数结果可靠，且与光学法相关程度强；血小板直方图异常时，电阻抗法血小板计数结果不可靠，且结果不稳定、忽高忽低，与光学法相关程度弱。结论据检测原理分析，光学法较电阻抗法准确性高，但由于检测成本高故而血小板直方图在血小板计数中起到筛选不可靠结果的关键作用，如为异常图形，则用光学法复检。%Objective To discuss the application value of platelet histogram in platelet count. Methods 173 cases with resistance method and optical method at the same time of the platelet patients with correlation analysis; Platelet histogram normal and abnormal two patients comparative analysis. Results Platelet histogram normal, resistance method platelet count results are reliable, and optical method related degree is strong;Platelet histogram anomaly, resistance method platelet count results is not reliable, and the result is not stable, fluctuation, and optical method related degree is weak. Conclusion According to the detection principle analysis, optical method more than resistance method accuracy is high, But due to the high cost of testing so platelet histogram in platelet count a screening not reliable results plays a key role, such as abnormal graphics, the optical method review.
