胸腰段脊柱骨折短节段内固定的疗效及相关因素的分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of short segment fixation of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods Fixed operation treatment of short period of a total of 40 cases of patients and observe its curative effect.Results All patients achieved clinical bone healing.Vertebral compression height,Cobb's angle,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The short-segment pedicle instrumentation is a good treatment method.%目的：探讨胸腰段脊柱骨折短节段内固定的疗效。方法对选取的40例患者进行短节段内固定手术治疗，并观察其疗效。结果患者均达到临床骨性愈合。椎体前缘压缩高度、Cobb's角，术前与术后相比，差异具有统计学意义(﹤0.05)。结论胸腰段脊柱骨折短节段内固定疗效显著。
