微信在老年白内障手术患者出院后健康指导中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨微信在老年白内障手术患者出院后健康指导中的应用效果。方法选取我院建院后2015年11月~2016年7月老年白内障手术患者78例，随机分为试验组和对照组，比较两组患者的出院后复诊率、健康指导知识掌握情况以及对护理质量的满意度。结果与对照组相比，试验组患者的出院后复诊率、健康指导知识掌握情况以及对护理质量的满意度，均有所提高，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过微信公众号提供的老年白内障患者出院后健康指导，效果优于出院前常规健康指导。%Objective To explore the effect of WeChat in health guidance after discharge for the senile cataract patients. Methods A total of 76 cases with senile cataract after surgery were enrolled. And they were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The revisiting rate, the awareness of health knowledge and the satisfaction rate of nursing quality were investigated. Results There were statistically significant differences in the revisiting rate, the awareness of health knowledge and the satisfaction rate of nursing quality between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of WeChat in health guidance after discharge is better than routine health guidance before discharge.
