院前急救对高血压性脑出血患者预后影响的分析

Objective To investigate the influence of pre-hospital first-aid on the prognosis of patients with HICH. Methods Medical records of 194 patients withHICH treated in our hospital from Feb.2013 to Jan.2015 were analyzed retrospectively,divided into first-aid group and control group, 97 cases in each group. Results The rescue time and complication rate in the first aid group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05);clinical curative effectand quality of life score were better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital care can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with HICH.%目的：探讨院前急救对高血压脑出血患者预后影响。方法回顾性分析我院2013年2月~2015年1月收治的194例高血压脑出血患者，分急救组和对照组，每组97例。结果急救组抢救用时、并发症发生几率显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）；临床疗效高于对照组、预后生活质量评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论院前急救可显著改善高血压性脑出血患者预后。
