血液检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的临床意义探究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods 150 patients with anemia in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the observation group,75 cases of patients with anemia in the observation group A,75 cases of iron deficiency anemia in the observation group B.In the same period,150 healthy persons were selected as the control group in clinical research.Blood tests were carried out for the three groups.Results After comparison,RBC and RBC/MCV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group B and control group.The RBC and Hb in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the observation group A and control group.The MCH and MCV in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group A and B, and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of A and B were not significantly different ( >0.05).Conclusion Blood test is helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia.%目的：探讨血液检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法选取我院于2014年4月~2015年4月收治的贫血患者150例作为临床研究的观察组，其中75例地中海贫血患者为观察组A，75例缺铁性贫血患者为观察组B。同期选取150例体检健康者作为临床研究的对照组。对三组受检者分别实施血液检验。结果经比较，观察组A的RBC、RBC/MCV指标明显高于观察组B和对照组，观察组B的RBC、Hb指标明显低于观察组A和对照组，对照组的MCV、MCH指标明显高于观察组A和观察组B，组间比较结果具有显著差异性(<0.05)；同时，观察组A和观察组B的灵敏度、特异性、正确率比较无明显差异性(>0.05)。结论血液检验有助于诊断贫血以及鉴别贫血类型。
