红外分光光度计在药物分析中的研究进展

摘要

目的：探索红外分光光度计在药物分析中的研究进展。方法通过查阅中国期刊网等国内外有关文献，分析、整理、归纳红外分光光度计在药物实验中的原理、优点和特点、以及应用等方面的新进展。结果被测定的药物采用红外分光光度计进行药物分析，和《药物红外光谱图谱》比对一致；研判采用红外分光光度计进行药物分析的影响因素，如辅料干扰、药物干燥情况、温度、溶剂等。结论红外分光光度计现已成为药物分析各环节不可缺少的工具之一，且节能，环保，低碳，符合当今世界药物分析的研究方向，值得推广。%Objective Progress in Pharmaceutical Analysis infrared spectrophotometer Exploration.
