红外分光光度计在药物分析中的研究进展

         

摘要

目的:探索红外分光光度计在药物分析中的研究进展。方法通过查阅中国期刊网等国内外有关文献,分析、整理、归纳红外分光光度计在药物实验中的原理、优点和特点、以及应用等方面的新进展。结果被测定的药物采用红外分光光度计进行药物分析,和《药物红外光谱图谱》比对一致;研判采用红外分光光度计进行药物分析的影响因素,如辅料干扰、药物干燥情况、温度、溶剂等。结论红外分光光度计现已成为药物分析各环节不可缺少的工具之一,且节能,环保,低碳,符合当今世界药物分析的研究方向,值得推广。%Objective Progress in Pharmaceutical Analysis infrared spectrophotometer Exploration. Results It was measured using an infrared spectrophotometer drug drug analysis, and the"Drug IR spectra"than the same; factors judged drug analysis using infrared spectrophotometer, such as excipients interference, drug dry conditions, temperature, solvents, etc.Conclusion Infrared spectrophotometer has become one of the various aspects of drug analysis an indispensable tool, and energy-saving, environmental protection, low-carbon, in line with the direction of the world's pharmaceutical research analysis, worthy of promotion.
