中药外用治疗皮脂腺痣20例疗效观察

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sebaceous glands.Methods From Chinese gallnut 5g and 5g of Brucea Javanica and ebony meat 10g (such as ebony meat desirable smoked plum 30g,warm water permeability soft get rid of kernel,dried in the sun,borneol 1 g,dried alum 10g.Slow drying,pulverizing standby.As the powder size of lesions to take a certain amount of research, vinegar tune into a paste,coated on the skin lesions,the thickness of about 1mm.Day 2.15 days for a course of treatment.Results 20 cases of sebaceous glands in patients with the treatment of 3 courses of treatment,9 cases recovered 45%cases.Markedly 6 cases accounted for 30%.Effective 5 cases accounted for 25%.Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of nevus sebaceous were easy, does not destroy the integrity of the hair follicle, the side effect is small, little pain, after treatment does not affect the appearance, low cost yasuhiro.%目的：探讨中医药外治治疗皮脂腺痣疗效。方法取五倍子5 g,鸦胆子5 g,乌梅肉10 g(如无乌梅肉可取30 g乌梅,温水渗软去掉内核,晒干),冰片1 g,枯矾10 g,文火焙干,研粉备用,视皮损大小取一定量研好的药粉,食醋调成糊状,涂抹在皮损处,厚度约1 mm,2次/d。15 d为1个疗程。结果20例皮脂腺痣患者经治疗3个疗程,痊愈9例占45%,显效6例占30%,有效5例占25%。结论中药外用治疗皮脂腺痣疗效显著,简便易行,不破坏毛囊完整性,副作用小,患者痛苦小,治疗后不影响美观,费用低廉广。
