老年病理性心律失常进行动态心电监测的意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of pathological arrhythmia in the elderly.Methods 85 cases of elderly hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease were monitored dynamically,and the results were compared with the results of routine ECG.Results Different kinds of arrhythmia were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring in 85 patients,the detection rate was 100%,28 cases of arrhythmia were detected,the detection rate was 32.9%.Conclusion The dynamic ECG monitoring can be found in the elderly patients with pathological arrhythmia,which can be found in various types of arrhythmia,and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的：探讨动态心电图对老年病理性心律失常的监测价值。方法对确诊为心血管疾病的85例老年住院患者进行动态心电监测，并将心律失常监测结果与常规心电图结果做对比。结果85例患者运用动态心电监测均检出不同种类心律失常，检出率为100%，常规心电图检出心律失常28例，检出率为32.9%。结论对老年病理性心律失常患者及时进行动态心电监测可发现各种类型心律失常，为临床诊治提供依据。
