护患关系是护士与患者在整体护理交往过程中所形成的一种人际关系。乡镇卫生院是直接面向农村社区提供基本医疗、预防、保健和康复服务的基层医疗机构[1-3]。%Nurse patient relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship between nurses and patients formed in the holistic nursing care in the process of communication.
