低场磁共振同、反相位成像技术在腹部含脂病变诊断中的应用

     

摘要

目的:探讨低场磁共振同﹑反相位成像技术对腹部含脂病变的诊断价值。方法22例腹部病变患者作为研究对象﹐其中含脂病变10例(肾上腺腺瘤5例﹐局灶性脂肪肝1例﹐肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤3例﹐肾多发脂肪瘤1例)﹐非含脂病变12例(肝血管瘤3例﹐自身免疫性肝炎1例﹐肾上腺血肿1例﹐肾囊肿7例)。分析腹部含脂及非含脂病灶在同﹑反相位图像上的信号变化情况。结果含脂病变在反相位(OP)图像上信号强度较同相位(IP)明显降低﹐信号强度变化率(∆SI)为26.5﹪~73.8﹪(38.2﹪)﹔非含脂病变信号强度在IP﹑OP图像上无明显差别﹐∆SI为0.5﹪~7.2﹪(2.9﹪)。两者的∆SI差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论同﹑反相位成像技术同样适用于低场磁共振﹐对腹部含少量脂肪或脂肪变性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。%Objective To evaluate the value of in-phased and opposed-phased imaging by low field MRI in diagnosis of fat containing lesions in the abdomen. Methods 22 patients with lesions in the abdomen were selected, including fat containing lesions in 10 cases (adrenal adenoma 5 cases, focal fatty liver 1 case, renal angiomyolipoma 3 cases, renal multiple liparomphalus 1 case), unfat containing lesions 12 cases (hemangiomas of liver 3 cases, autoimmune hepatitis 1 case, adrenal hematoma 1 case,renal cyst 7 cases). Analysis with the changes of the signal intensity between fat containing lesions and unfat containing lesions in the abdomen.Results Signal intensity decreased obviously within fat containing lesions in the abdomen was found in opposed-phased imaging compared with in-phased Imaging, the signal intensity variations (∆SI)were 26.5~73.8%(38.2%);Signal intensity within unfat containing lesions did not change obviously between IP and OP, the signal intensity variations were 0.5~7.2 (2.9%).The diffenence both∆SI was statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion In-phased and opposed-phased imaging which refered to low field MRI as well was significant in diagnosis or differential diagnosis of fat containing lesions or steatosis in the abdomen.
