基于433MHz 无线通讯的温湿度监控系统开发

         

摘要

Objective:Temperature and humidity impacted on blood, biologics and medicine preservation. So temperature and humidity monitoring system based on 433MHz frequency wireless, Ad Hoc sensor network, was significant for it. System Proposed two key algorithms to solve wireless communication problem. Monitoring terminal and MCU constituted master-slave control system, that could monitor, record and analysis temperature and humidity the whole day. The test result by number of medical units showed that this temperature and humidity monitoring system has high precision, low failure rate, 99%accurate alarm rate and 96.5%data transmission integrity.%由于医院环境复杂、医用冰箱分布杂乱,造成对冰箱温湿度监测以及环境温湿度监测困难多、实现难。本文研制一款基于433MHz无线通讯的温湿度监控系统,并在此基础上提出了两项关键软件算法,改善433MHz的无线通讯协议,使得本系统的无线数据传输稳定,数据完整度高,在断电、主机损坏等异常条件下,测点终端仍能完整保存测量数据,待系统恢复正常补偿历史数据。经试验表明,本系统对温湿度数据的稳定传输率达96.5%,温度异常正确报警率高达99%。
