医疗设备采购管理信息化

摘要

医疗设备采购管理工作是医院管理中的一个重要环节，其过程复杂、环节众多，极易出现影响采购效率和质量的各种问题。本文对设备采购管理环节具体流程进行分析和优化，获得采购管理环节信息化的各个要素，通过网络信息平台的建立，以期达到从整体上提高医疗设备采购的效率和质量，节约管理成本以及实现规范化、信息化管理的目的。%Procurement of medical equipment is an important part in hospital management.The process is complex and includes many other aspects.So there are many procurement efficiency and quality problems.In this paper, we had analysis and optimization the specific process during the equipment procurement management and got the various elements of procurement management aspects of information technology.Then, we planned to establish a network information platform, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of medical equipment procurement, save the management costs and achieve the purpose of standardization and information management.
